Dr. Lanny Latham was born and raised in Jefferson City, Missouri. Both his mother and his father abandoned him at an early age. His mother ran away to California to join the Symbionese Liberation Army, while his father drifted to Pensacola, Florida to become a golf range ball retriever. So Lanny was raised by his three aunts. He became the first male cheerleader for his high school’s football team, often delighting crowds with his highly elaborate solo halftime shows. He went on to graduate from Southwest Missouri State earning a B.A. in Physical Education, and proudly served as the 5th grade P.E. coach at the very same elementary school he attended years before. He taught for five years before coming to disagreements with the school principal over his teaching methods. Lanny then took a break from the "job world" in order to pursue various life-long dreams such as traveling, auditioning for reality TV shows, and admittedly doing way too much "Meth". He almost hit rock bottom when he was rescued by a late night television program hosted by Tony Robbins. It was then that Dr. Latham decided he would become a life coach. He created his own doctorate/certificate program and boldly moved to New York City where he has been helping people get their lives back on a more psyched path.
